Haute Artisan Creations Limited (HACL) was incorporated on 11th Feb 2021. HACL is the holdings company for two of our brands that we operate respectively Hawte ice-creams and Intenze Oilz. Our company has been incorporated in NZ recently and we are merely a local start up business at this stage. Our Brand Hawte ice-creams has been operating in India successfully over the last 4 years and we have 12 franchised stores running at the moment Having had a first hand experience and having learnt the tricks of the trade we decide to expand Hawte ice-creams and set up a business here in Auckland - New Zealand. At this stage we are setting up this brand and will have a store operational by the end of May-2021 at Auckland CBD. Thereafter we look forward to expanding Hawte ice-creams through franchising and FMCG sales
